Meal Planning – Week 2

So what’s for dinner this week?  Great question!

We are keeping things simple this week, with busy schedules and some traveling.

On the Menu this week…

Chicken fingers and macaroni and cheese (have you ever tried the Walmart mac and cheese?  It is so good.  They are a variety of flavors – our favorites are the Smoked Gouda and Italian 5 cheese)

Sausage/Bell Peppers/Potatoes/Onion – This is a family favorite. Easy to put together, easy to cook, and makes for great left overs the next day.

Grilled cheese and French Fries – Nothing special about it BUT if you haven’t made your grilled cheese using mayo instead of butter – you are missing out!

Soup – This will quickly become  a favorite – I guarantee it!

Pasta and veggies – we pick up a frozen bag at the grocery store – keeping it simple, but I’m sure you can find a recipe if you want to make it from scratch!
